To book a spa day package or treatment, pre-payment is required to secure your booking.

What to Bring

You can enjoy the use of your personal locker throughout your time at the mineral house spa we provide a fluffy robe, slippers, and bath towel.

Please bring along a pound coin for the locker.

Complimentary water is available within the mineral house and spa, poolside and spa relaxation area.

Arrival and Access

Please make yourself known at the mineral house and spa at least 15 minutes before your treatment appointment. We will go through your lifestyle and health care consultation.

Day Pass Guests

Day pass guests can arrive from 09:00am till 17:30pm 2 hours use of facilities we provide the towels. Weekday price £25
Weekend price £35

Etiquette

To protect the serenity of the mineral house and Spa we ask all clients to leave mobile devices in their locker to respect guests’ privacy on poolside.

Please avoid taking mobile devices into the treatment rooms.

Smokers will have to get fully dressed if they need to go outside of the hotel as our designated smoking area is out the front of the hotel lobby area.

Medical Conditions

Please ensure you notify our spa reception at time of booking if you are going through a cancer journey or have recently been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness or prescribed life sustaining medication.

Accessibility

For clients who have difficulty with mobility we have large comfortable treatment rooms, that facilitate a wheelchair and have electric beds for ease of access.

We have a disability access door to poolside.

Product Ranges

We offer a lovely range of home care products from our Germaine De Capuccini. We have a range of gift sets available for those special treats. Germaine De Capuccini is based in south of Spain, Germaine de Capuccini has developed some of the worlds most talked about skincare formulations.

Visiting with Children

Children are welcome to enjoy the pool all day at the mineral house and spa.

Guests over the age of 16 are able to enjoy face, hand and foot treatments where a parent or guardian will sign their consultation form and be present for the treatment. Guests over the age of 17 are able to enjoy all our treatments.

Dual Room Available

To protect the serenity of the spa we ask guests and children to respect the noise level as we are a small facility with treatments rooms close to poolside. No jumping on poolside due to water level also for health and safety.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter the steam room or the jacuzzi as there are health risks associated with young children in high temperatures.

If any of these policies are not followed we reserve the right to remove guests from the facilities.

Pool Capacity

Bathing load policy is 20 poolside this includes people in the steam room, jacuzzi, loungers and pool.

Please be advised due to our small capacity a waiting list is crated on a one in and one out basis once we reach 20 guests poolside.
